MQ.com Picture Background:
Upon my request, Misagh sent me pictures of his town's local Birth of the Báb Celebrations. This is a holy day for Baha'is where work is
suspended and we reflect on the tremendous influence the Báb had on his followers in founding the Bábí Faith and serving as a forerunner to
Bahá'u'lláh, the prophet-founder of the
Bahá'í Faith. Since there is not authoritative guidance on
how to hold these events it varies largely from country to country and region to region.

What a nice group of fellow volunteers!

They look like readers - people chosen to read parts of the program.

Fanwell on right (explained at bottom of page)

Mees!

♫ Misagh with the children, send your love to me... (old song) ♫

Mees, try not to strain so much when you take your own photos. Or is it Alfalfa?

Note: As I posted these I realized that Mees was wearing no less than three (3) outfits leading me to conclude that these pictures we not all
taken at the same event.
Mees' explanation: Btw, in answer to your quandary....
► The pictures with me wearing a white shirt were taken at the last Feast (Knowledge).
► The pictures of me with a red tie were taken at the Birth of the Bab celebration at the Banani
International School (Baha'is and non-Baha'is)
► The pictures of me with the suit were taken the same night, but at the celebration held at the
Institute (Baha'is).
So yes, I changed clothes twice in the same evening. Btw, in the photo of me in the white shirt with the two guys (near the middle of
the page)--one of them about a head taller than me--that tall guy is the same guy interviewed in the Building Momentum video. His name's Fanwell, and
he's a member of the NSA. Also, if you notice in the last picture you posted, I think you'll find that my left hand is doing something that you may
recognize...
