South Flo Pictures

Even though I will likely never move back to Florida, I can still have an amazing time with family and friends. Seeing them always gives me energy and happiness and I hope that they will soon make the trek up to Ottawa to see the life that I have established here!

Spirited Devotional at my ancestral home in Weston

That's my dad!

A microphone for a room of 13 people. One of the reasons I love Weston.

Carla's singing was the capstone of a remarkable devotiaonal.

A long-time Bajan friend.

Unquestionably great people. :)

Super Bowl Party

Miscellaneous Florida Pictures

Jaasin from SAR

The always affable Justin.

Did I mention that he is an emerging rock star? Well that or nuclear engineer - he's undecided.

The glory that is my faja.

Although I wanted it to be a surprise, here is a picture of my next car.

Carla!

I visited Ariel at the hospital where he's stationed to borrow his cell phone.

4 hours in a car soaked my shirt in sweat. Nothing a pit stop at the local good will could not solve.
(And few things beat the class of changing into the new clothes in front of the store)

And yes, people have asked me if I actually donated blood knowing my aversion to needles. I need say no more.

Rose!

Ala and Jaleh

Phil Vargas in the house.

Kia boldly holding it down.

Arash

Ben Vargas.

Could I really travel all the way to Gainesville and not play Roake? (Shahlem for you Ottawa folk)

Afshun and the dog.

It was a close game which should tell you who won.

One of the many reasons that Ala will never cease to be my friend.

Justin, when ordering, inexplicably asked for, "Grilled Chicken BREAST." We laughed for 10 minutes.

Phobe with new husband Josh

ooOOoo

Josh in the morning when we left.

Phobe was running in the pack. I recognized her shorts having 'Gators' on them. I will say no more.

University Ave.

The Reitz Union

The Bahá'í Booth. I remember all of the work the Club did to secure this cherished space.

Arash!

We circled the job fair.

..collecting our fair share of free stuff.

Holding up our new paper ipods.

Truly one of a kind.

Natalia!

Naseem!

Is that picture real or a fake?

REAL!! We got to see the guy make these 5 foot pizzas in real life. WOW !!

Skillz

They had a cool graffiti area. The rest is cropped for the typical reasons.

Man was Justin scared when he opened the door!

Is that LL in the picture? (above and below)

My only negative experience was coming home to broken luggage. What a hassle.

Thanks to everyone who made my trip so great!
