Some people objected to ‘stain the name’

So let me take off again in the same vein

I miss Brian but he’s busy a working,

12 hr days HRS’s a lurking

Pushes a phat Lex, say goodbye ‘G -2 –zero’

It’s all about dinero, the mighty dollar’s a hero

Hold on school for da’ golden rule,

Pyrite is power…ain’t spiritual fool!

Cubic zirconium for an all new millennium,

Chasing cash like it lines the whole way to heaven.

Male gold diggers are rare, don’t stare,

Over there under daddy’s glare

Cut off, I don’t care

What hurts me is conformity’s square

Being original is what gives me the power,

Control of my destiny, each day & every hour

Wanna get revenge ‘cause your name bit the dust,

Better use a knife ‘cause your mind ain’t sharp enough.

Some people objected to stain the name,

So I’m doing it again in the same vein,

I expect the reactions to be about the same,

So I’ll take out lyrics that are tame or lame.

My brothers got more hair than I do

That’s in every place I remind you.

I like Gordon the best,

Cause he’s fun to mess with

Can’t forget my mom soon, wake at noon

Oatmeal’ ready, read news and cartoons

But she imposes more rules than the GOV

On herself and others, OCD

It’s like the people here, way over-appreciate,

I ain’t that great, unlike Lester – I’m always late

No apple polishing, brown nose shenanigans,

The more I’m handling, the more they’re pandering

I had the misfortune, of graduating so soon

At 21 I’m still unclear, billion choices appear

Goofing off takes my mind off – the pressure

The time I spend on the real ain’t hard to measure

My quest for simplicity has led to convolution,

Every revolution spins round the solution,

As I dismiss my physical constitution,

Every earthly thought just adds to the pollution,

My certitude’s stronger than thoughtless locution,

My resolution would survive through a mock execution.

I hate when muppets win at Roaké all thanks to their hand,

I wanna put a sign on a stand saying “you’re a flash in the pan”

I once knew people that didn’t organize their suits,

That pursued only fun and still play better than you do.

I could always count the cards, but I’d rather count the score,

Oh, I won by a grand, that’s a bigger spread than before

Damn shame on New Year’s, you didn’t win all night,

Score probably’d been higher, if Arám was bidding right.

Use the Phil strategy, win bid at all costs,

That’s why we’ve got the mercy rule, to prove that you’ve lost

Set at 125, I must say Oh dear!

Just don’t worry fellas, there’s always next year

Canadian’s ‘eh’ got replaced with an ‘e,’

‘Hard test eh’ is now ‘that test was e’

‘E this,’ ‘e that;’ ‘e listen,’ ‘e’s wack!’

You use the phrase so often, you’re lucky life’s not TV,

Cause on the Wheel of Fortune they make you buy the e.

You don’t drive your car with the light flashing ‘e’

And you’re too smart to say it unintentionally,

So what I don’t understand—what’s bothering me,

Is why you still depend on the crutch phrase ‘e’

Your trifling monotony is putting me to zzz’s,

You keep coughing e’s like you got some disease.

So while you’re infected stay far away from me,

I haven’t got the flu shot, ‘cause all needles are ‘e’

But before you dismiss this whole section as ‘e,’

Let me make it s-i-m-p-l-e,

Since letter by letter is the only way you speak,

If you know the whole alphabet’s still a mystery to me.

Recant your silly expression, take it from me,

And join us all in saying, “Good bye e” !

Feedback:

  1. (knowing that I had made the song)

F: "It was okay; there were times you drifted from the beat; that was distracting"
Me: <blushing> "You're saying that there were times when I was actually on the beat!?! YES!! "

  2. (knowing that I had made the song)

Misagh: "Wow, the lyrics were great...I loved the wording...<more positive feedback>..."

Note: This was the first and only person to truly understand either of the raps; That they were in fact poems put to music and not legitimate hip-hop contenders in their essence. Not even wasting his breath insulting the horrid vocals, he focused quickly and completely on what it was. Kudos.
