Refund Policy

Martin's Quest offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on the one-off "Unlock all 30 cities" purchase. If you're not satisfied you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and find your order, or contact us at support@martinsquest.com and we'll process it for you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once a refund is approved, access to the paid cities is revoked; your account and free cities remain available.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal you may have under EU consumer law.
