1. Who we are

Martin's Quest ("the Service", "we", "us") is an online street-sweeping puzzle game.

Martin's Quest is a trading name of Alex Frontzos, a sole trader established in Greece. By using the Service you enter into a contract with Alex Frontzos. Contact: support@martinsquest.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service unlawfully; defraud, harass or spam other players; manipulate leaderboards through automation or exploits; infringe intellectual property; or interfere with the Service's security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits, reverse engineering).

5. Intellectual property

All software, artwork, city map derivatives, and branding remain the property of Alex Frontzos. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for personal, non-commercial use. Street geometry is derived from OpenStreetMap data, © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the ODbL.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features.

7. Purchases, payments and refunds

Martin's Quest offers a one-off purchase that permanently unlocks all cities for your account. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the account page, which permanently removes your progress and runs.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law — including the statutory rights of consumers in the EU.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory protections available to you as a consumer in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
